The small, idyllic village of Lutzerath is located on a hillock in the middle of the GesundLand Vulkaneifel. There are well signposted hiking and biking trails leading you to beautiful forests and valleys, idyllic Eifel maar-lakes, ice-age caves on the Falkenlay and romantic Mosel river.

This charming place has a number of sights to offer: the Marien pilgrimage church with its wood-carved altar, the Achterhoehe adventure trail and the Eifel viewpoint with the same name and a breathtaking view of Uessbach valley and the Eifel.

The vacation program of the tourist office in summer offers barbecue evenings, children's club, guided hikes among many others for guests and residents. Lutzerath and its almost untouched nature with a magnificient view of the volcanic Eifel up to Achterhoehe at Nuerburgring till Hunsrueck and beyond the Mosel valley awaits you!
