Our inn is characterized by traditional family recipes, the master butcher's craft and fresh preparation. We process and refine venison from our own territory and the nearby Eifel.
Our family is already the third generation to hunt. We get our pork and beef from the agricultural business of the Sanden residential complex in Mechernich Vussem. (see straw pig / butcher's shop)
