At the distillery Bauer and Bauer from Wittlich-Neuerburg. At home in the Wittlich valley, the production of high-quality brandies and liqueurs is especially close to our hearts, along with many other things. "Gebrannt " is in our family for generations. On the father's and mother's side already since the 1920s. Our distillery was founded in 1971 by Carl Bauer. We distill out of tradition and passion.
The fruit for our brandies comes for the most part from the Wittlich valley and the Eifel. Only the Williams-Christ pears we get from the Palatinate. The fact that we attach great importance to quality is reflected in our "coin collection". For many years we have participated in awards of the Distillery Association, the Chamber of Agriculture and the DLG. And this with growing success. All our brandies are pure distillates. This means that they are produced without the addition of sugar and flavors. In the case of the liqueurs, of course, there is no sugar. By the way, the drinking temperature of brandies and liqueurs is of particular importance. It should be 15° - 20° to fully develop the aroma.
We are not only online, but also "in real" in our farm store for you. Here you will find all our products and of course you can taste them. In addition, we always offer a selection of gifts and decorated bottles. But here you will not only find liquid products. All year round you can get our "GUTEN NEUERBURGER QUALITY POTATOES". At strawberry time also strawberries. And all from our own cultivation!
