Achtsamkeitspunkt 3a "Barfußbadeplatz"

Achtsamkeitspunkt 3a "Barfußbadeplatz"

Manderscheid

"He who walks barefoot is not pressed by shoes," said a wise, unknown author.

"You should walk barefoot on the earth.
Take off your shoes, shoes make you blind.
You can see the path with your toes, the water and the wind.
You should touch the stones with your soles, with completely naked skin.
Then you will feel that the earth trusts you." (Martin Auer)

Feel the Kleine Kyll .... perceive the water, the coolness and the stones.
It is best to bring a towel with you.

The "Germanen" bridge is your next point of mindfulness.
