The Eifel, located in the beautiful federal states of Rhineland Palatinate and North Rhine-Westphalia, is rich in outstanding natural and cultural attractions. The 313 km-long Eifelsteig from Aachen to Trier has already become an absolute favourite among hikers in just a short space of time. The route is supplemented by the North Rhine-Westphalia routes, the partner routes in the north and the Rhineland Palatinate routes, the Volcanic Eifel trails.
And the “Traumpfade” trails in the East Eifel region.
The nature parks of the Eifel and the Eifel National Park offer numerous opportunities and are ideally suited for hiking holidays.
