We mainly used natural building materials and a rustic farmhouse has been created in which you can switch off and relax in a healthy indoor climate, but do not have to do without the comfort of our time. Holiday in the heart of Eifel.Our farm has 11 holiday houses in different sizes, until 4 or 6 people. Partly disability access or suitable for allergy sufferers. Alive an active holiday or relaxe in a familiy atmosphere. We offer: breakfast on demand, bread service, indoor and outdoor playgrounds. In the holidays we also offer a program with horse riding, feeding animals, cricket, wine tasting, guided hikes through the nature.
Our old quarry stone building has walls 80 - 90 cm thick. The interior of the building was renovated and extended 70, 40 and just last year. A large garden belongs to the house, which can be used by our guests. We take care of our property, but also leave nature its space in some areas, so that in summer we encounter a multitude of butterflies, the emblem of our village. In autumn, a pair of squirrels collects the nuts. There are also predators at our house, as one or two pairs of magpies always nest in the large beech trees in the garden. There is plenty of parking space on and around our property. Bicycles can be stored.
Our motto: Small, fine, familiar!Founded in 1962, the hotel has now been in Ochtendung for over 40 years. The family took over from their father in 1998 and now continues to run the Gasthof Hotel Arosa in his spirit.
