Evening of Enjoyment: Wine and Goat Cheese with the Kloster Ebernach Winery

On this evening, you will taste six of our selected wines in a small group, accompanied by six masterful goat cheese specialties from Vulkanhof – like us, a true family business in Gillenfeld, right by the Pulvermaar. Vulkanhof stands for artisanal cheese production, natural goat's milk, and the highest quality. Free from additives, produced with care, and awarded the highest honors – this is cheese that can be enjoyed with all the senses and which, when paired with fine wines, unfolds new aromas. In addition to the selected cheeses, there will be plenty of fresh bread and other snacks, ensuring that no one leaves hungry. As a sweet conclusion, there will be a special dessert created independently by Birgit and Anni, perfectly balancing the craftsmanship of both the cheesemaker and the winemaker, as well as the regions of Vulkaneifel and Mosel.
