From the covered terrace of the vacation home you have an unobstructed view of the green Eichenbach valley - a side valley of the Ahr.Enjoy nature and tranquillity, set off on wonderful hikes or visit the nearby towns of Adenau and Bad Münstereifel.

Welcome to Haus in Esch, a group accommodation for 1-13 adults. The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen, a second fridge/freezer combination, 5 bedrooms each with a double bed 1.8 x 2 metres. There is an additional sofa bed in 3 of the rooms, so that there is room for up to 13 people in total. There are also two bathrooms with shower and 2 separate toilets.If you are travelling with less than 9 people, fewer bedrooms can be made available by the host if required, so that a corresponding discount can be granted.In the surrounding area there are many opportunities for leisure activities, cycling and hiking trails as well as the Freiliger See 14 km away. The 7th stage of the Eifelsteig is also within walking distance. There is a large meadow behind the house and there are enough garden furniture. There is also a room for storing bicycles. Everyday necessities are available in Jünkerath, 4 km away, and there is also a train station there. W-Lan is available throughout the house and in parts of the outdoor area. It offers the best opportunities for recreation, rest and relaxation as well as sporting and playful activities. In Heimbach you can launch your own canoe or hire a canoe and paddle a few kilometers along the Rur, explore well-signposted hiking trails, take advantage of opportunities for climbing, swimming, beach volleyball, tennis and soccer, or enjoy a relaxing boat trip on the Rursee. Cultural excursions are also possible - all within the Heimbach municipal area. In the newly built Heimbach and Nideggen national park gates you will find a wealth of information about sights and activities in the surrounding area. Are you looking for a tastefully furnished holiday flat for a maximum of 6 people in the beautiful Volcanic Eifel? Then you have come to the right place. We offer two holiday flats for 6 people each, which can be booked individually or together. They are located in the same building, but have their own entrances. The 115 sqm attic flat is spacious and flooded with light through the large skylights. The ground floor flat has 110 sqm of living space and offers a beautiful view of the large garden. Both flats have their own enclosed garden, so you can spend beautiful summer days in the private garden. From the holiday home there are many beautiful cycling and hiking trails that can be started directly from the house or after a short drive. The Lieserpfad or the Eifelsteig are beautiful hiking trails that lead through the nearby forest. The 58 km long Maare-Mosel cycle path also offers an asphalted cycling route through a beautiful landscape. The cycle path leads from Daun to Bernkastel-Kues, but you can certainly start in the middle. The Mosel, famous for its Straußenwirtschaften (wine taverns) and its winegrowing, can be reached by car within about 30 minutes, along the vineyards, from the towns of Bernkastel-Kues and Cochem.But the castles of Manderscheid, and thus the landmark of Manderscheid, must not be missed either. A hiking trail also leads over the lower and upper castles, which can be rounded off with coffee and cake in the cosy castle café at the lower castle. The small town centre invites you to stroll and dream. With several cafés and restaurants, you can enjoy yourself here. In the hot summer days, the open-air swimming pool, 3 minutes away, is within walking distance and provides a fresh cooling. However, if you want to feel that certain Eifel feeling, drive to one of the four swimmable maars for a nice day of swimming.
