Included in the rental price of the apartment are towels, bed linen, sauna for exclusive use and final cleaning, no additional costs. The minimum stay is 3 nights. Unfortunately we do not accept pets. Spend your best time of the year as a vacation or short trip in our hospitable house in the Eifel between the Eifel National Park and the Eifel volcano with sauna & terrace. 5 minutes by car from the Kronenburg bathing lake with sunbathing lawn, shady spots and restaurants. The 73 m² Auszeit vacation apartment with ground-level entrance and sun terrace is located in a former detached farmhouse, 9 km from the Belgian border. From the 400 souls place Baasem out the location offers the proximity of Cologne and to Trier despite Eifel flair. ( approx. 60 min ) The location is particularly suitable for motorcycle travelers and convertible drivers in the Ardennes / Belgium, volcano Eifel, Luxembourg, Moselle and Nürburgring. Hiking, cycling and Nordic walking are possible from the accommodation. The apartment was completed in April 2020 and is designed for 2 people. There is the possibility of an additional overnight stay for 2 people in a high-quality bunk bed measuring 2 m x 1.40 m for 2 people in the passageway from the living room to the bathroom. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for 4 people. The bathroom has a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The terrace has wooden furniture with barbecue and sauna. Parking for cars, motorcycles and a garage for bicycles are available at the house. The rental price includes towels, bed linen and sauna including final cleaning, so there are no hidden additional costs. Arrival is usually from 15:00 and departure at 11:00. Other times can be arranged by prior arrangement.

The Gisela holiday apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful, idyllic Eifel on the outskirts of Gransdorf on a quiet residential street. The approximately 80 square meter barrier-free holiday apartment offers space for 4 people. The apartment is on the ground floor and is newly furnished and invites you to relax, enjoy and feel good. From here you have a wonderful view of your own garden and the meadows and fields of Gransdorf. Beautiful walks in the nearby forest are possible from the house. If you don't want to cook yourself, there is a very good, appealing restaurant in town. The beer town of Bitburg is nearby and there are plenty of leisure activities (Bitburger Erlebniswelt, Cascade swimming pool, bowling alley, ice rink, etc.) The Eifelpark Gondorf is very close by. Here you will experience a perfect day for the whole family. Those who like to hike will also get a taste for them with us, the Eifel and Moselsteig trails are nearby.

Whether on foot with or without a dog or on a mountain bike, there is one thing above all: untouched nature. Forests and mountains characterize the surroundings. Other excursion destinations are the Windsbornkratersee lake, the Hinkelsmaar and Meerfeld with its nice shops and restaurants and also its own maar. The castle climbing trail in Manderscheid was recently opened and has quickly become a tourist magnet. The lovingly furnished country-style, approx. 60 sqm non-smoking apartment with underfloor heating comprises two rooms, a kitchen with dining area, bathroom and hallway.
