Ferienhaus Pehlen

The house offers a lot of space with an area of 160m² divided on 3 floors with a property of 900m² up to 8 persons can stay in the house “Pehlen” (according to an agreement also up to 10 persons). On the ground-floor you can find the kitchen, the dining room, the living room and a lavatory. The bedrooms with a double bed are on the first floor as well as the bathroom. One double room has a sink and a balcony. In the attic is a further room with two single beds and a playroom for children. In the corridor is a further sink. The house is provided with a place to barbecue and a sitting area. It also has a big play-ground. According to agreement the use of the garage is possible (e.g. for bikes, motorbikes, cars and so on) The holiday-house is situated in the centre of Manderscheid. It between 5 to 10 minutes it is possible to reach supermarkets (Norma and Penny), a butcher, a doctor (for an emergency), a pharmacy, an outdoor-swimming pool, a tourist-information, the “Maar-Museum” and the “Eifelsteig” (which is a hiking-tour). From the Autobahn (A1/A48) between Koblenz and Trier you need approximately 5 km to reach Manderscheid.

    Welcome to our website from Sandra's apartment. In a few short sentences you will get to know our cozy apartment in the beautiful Kürrenberg. Kürrenberg is a district or a local district of the city of Mayen in northern Rhineland-Palatinate. If you are looking for rest and relaxation, we are the right place for you. Outside you will find the 8x4 m solar-heated swimming pool, which can also be used comfortably in the main season in bad weather, as a roof protects against rain and wind. Which is very pleasant with the cool pinch in Kürrenberg. They also find a lot of cosiness. For example, our barbecue area to sit together with your family or sometimes alone, with an exciting book or a glass of wine. At the pool there are always loungers and a table with chairs for the use of your stay. We also have something to offer families. Since we have two children ourselves, there is a climbing tower with slide and swing, sandpit, trampoline and our two rabbits who are always happy to receive a delicious carrot from our little guests. But our apartment is also just right for hikers and explorers, the nearby forest offers some dream paths that are waiting to be explored by you. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, living and dining room with a functional sofa bed and a TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
