Our non-smoking holiday flat for 2 persons has approx. 55 sqm and is located on a former farm on the outskirts of Hupperath. From the first floor you have a wonderful view of the unique Eifel landscape. You reach the separate entrance via a metal staircase with 17 steps. The holiday home is divided into an open living, dining and cooking area, a double bedroom, a storage room and a modern bathroom with shower/WC. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Coffee machine, toaster, kettle and sufficient cutlery and crockery are also available, as well as a basic supply of coffee, pepper, salt, sugar and much more. In the bedroom there is a bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 metres. Of course, the beds are made for you upon arrival. Hand and kitchen towels are also available free of charge in the bathroom and kitchen. Furthermore, the flat has free wifi access. On the large lawn next to the house you will find ample seating and sunbathing opportunities to relax and enjoy under fruit, nut and chestnut trees. On request, we can provide you with a barbecue.

Very close to the Eifel National Park.It offers from the living room window overlooking the castle free Panorama.A resting place at the garden pond can be used.

The Winkelhof is an old farmhouse built in 1885. If you appreciate old houses, rural idyll, and seek tranquillity, this is the right place for you. The house accommodates up to 11 people, with a large barn featuring a ping pong table, foosball, plenty of seating, and a garden with a barbecue area. In the immediate vicinity, you can go hiking, cycling, or visit the nearby and historically significant city of Trier. There are four bedrooms on the 1st floor of the house, providing a total of ten sleeping places and a crib: 1: One bunk bed & one single bed 2: One double bed 3: One double bed & one crib 4: One single bed & one bunk bedThe kitchen is equipped with standard appliances (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator). An additional refrigerator with freezer is available. There is a separate dining room with a large dining table and access to the kitchen. The living room is opposite the dining room. A television is located in the built-in cupboard of the living room. Board games and toys for children are available.A bathroom with toilet and shower is located on the ground floor. Another bathroom with bathtub and toilet is on the 1st floor of the house.The barn can be used as a lounge area. Foosball and ping pong tables invite you to play, while a sofa corner offers a cozy gathering spot. A gallery provides additional space and a large table for gatherings. The garden with barbecue area can be accessed either via the gallery or an external staircase.Please bring your own bed linen, towels and slippers as they are not available on site.

At 200m², our large 12-person holiday home lies directly on the shore of the lake. In 2023 it was once again awarded a DTV certification of 4 stars. The entire house is brightly and nicely furnished. It features 6 double bedrooms, 3 shower rooms with toilet + 1 separate toilet, a living room with 3 leather sofas and fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen with e.g. XXL refrigerator, separate fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a very large dining table. There is a garage for parking bicycles, motorbikes or boats and plenty of parking spaces directly by the house. The offer is rounded off by a pier with separate entry to the lake. Here, you can find a beautiful pedal boat with room for 5 people, which can be used by all of our guests free of charge. Canoes and kayaks can be rented on location and moored at our pier, guaranteeing you quick access to them in the lake at any time. In addition, we offer 3 holiday apartments for 2-3 people and 1 holiday apartment for 1-2 people in the same gorgeous location.

Travel & Arrive in the Volcanic Eifel - in the ZEITquartierSince the Eifel offers very varied holidays, whether active (hiking, cycling) or for slowing down (relaxing walks) - you can rent me, an old Eifel house (completely renovated in 2021). My holiday guests 1 to a maximum of 3 people will find me as a holiday flat - an 85 sqm feel-good space on two open levels. I am well and modernly equipped and very cosy. I also have my own garden terrace. Bicycles will find a place in my garden house. I have lived on the Vulkan Ringseiter in Kirchweiler for 150 years. This is a small village in the GesundLand Vulkaneifel. (Daun approx. 8.0 km, Gerolstein approx. 7.0 km) Ground floor level The ground floor has a small hallway with wardrobe and a separate luggage storage room. The open and modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster and much more and offers a dining area with 4 chairs. In the living area you will find a fold-out sofa bed where you can spend cosy hours in front of the wood-burning stove (Bullerjahn).The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower, WC and hairdryer. Attic level Spacious living area with sofa, TV armchair, stool, round table with chairs, cupboard, shelf, box-spring bed (1.60 m wide), skylight with sun protection blinds.
