The climatic health resort of Marmagen is located in the middle of the charming northern Eifel.Four beautiful double rooms, attractively and modernly furnished, each with its own bathroom with shower are available.Enjoy sunbathing on the terrace or relax in the wellness area.A romantic end to the day with wine by the fireplace is included.TV and free WLAN are standard as well as a fireplace bar, sun terrace, bicycle rental and of course free parking directly at the house as well as secure parking spaces for bicycles and motorcycles.

The approximately 95 m², spacious and light-flooded house "Löftchen" in Roetgen offers space for 4 people. The high ceilings and the open design offer a very special and cozy flair. The house, furnished in an upscale style, is equipped with a bedroom for 4 people (2 double beds / 180x200). One bed can be reached via a staircase to the gallery of the room. The lower area of the bedroom is equipped with an additional TV. The bedroom has a direct connection to the terrace and offers a view of the garden. The adjoining bathroom including a barrier-free shower, double sink and a toilet is directly accessible from the bedroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking island, a dishwasher, induction stove and XXL oven, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, freezer and a capsule coffee machine. Living and dining room with satellite TV and surround system. From the living area you have a direct view of the garden. Outside you will find a spacious terrace with an adjoining garden area. The terrace is equipped with a comfortable lounge, parasoland a sun bed. With 2 people, the house can be used entirely as a ground floor apartment (not barrier-free). Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. WiFi use is free of charge. Pets are allowed on request (please state breed and size). Our vacation apartment is a bright and friendly, almost completely newly furnished non-smoking vacation apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower, toilet and urinal, as well as hallway and corridor with a living space of approx. 54 square meters. It is suitable for a maximum of two adults and one small child. Here you can spend your vacation all year round, completely relaxed. Pets, such as a dog, are welcome.

Two holiday homes with six beautiful flats, lovingly furnished with a special ambience, for 1-5 people. In the summer of 2022, we converted our former stallion stable into our new holiday flat no. 7 with a special flair for up to six people.A dream for children and horse lovers. Riding lessons, guided rides, hiking with ponies, barbecue evenings with campfire at the brook, riding games, brood mares, riding horses and ponies, the dear farm dog Bruno, rabbits and hares, chickens and our Galloway cattle on our pastures.For bikers there are wonderful trails in the surrounding area. The VulkanbikeMarathon in September and various trail parks for mountain bikers. The Maare-Mosel cycle path is a more moderate way to explore the beautiful landscape.On foot, you can enjoy the volcanic Eifel on the Eifelsteig or on Germany's most beautiful hiking trail 2021, the VulkaMaar path.
