Back to the (unfortunately not always) good old days - and cook like in the old days in the historic kitchen in the Elsig courtyard at the Kommern Open-Air Museum. Under supervision, you will prepare an everyday dish from around 1950 on the so-called "Sparherd": Ingredients, pots and pans and the necessary steps are explained in regional dialect. This promises an experience with taste, Rhenish dialect and Eifel lifestyle.
Important: You still need a ticket for the open-air museum - either in advance at www.shop.kommern.lvr.de or directly on site at the ticket office.
