The wine festival at Kallbachtal opens its doors again - let yourself be tempted by tasty wines, freshly baked bread and hearty delicacies.
The grounds at the sports field will once again be transformed into a small wine village to bring the magic of a hearty wine festival to the Eifel in a stylish ambience.
Whether red wine, white wine or rosé - dry, sweet or off-dry - Riesling, Burgundy or Chardonnay: there will be the right wine for every taste, so that every guest, from novice to connoisseur, will get their money's worth at the professional wine bar.
In keeping with tradition, Marc Baum and Patrick Zimmer, two local greats for enjoyment and taste, will enrich the "Weinfest am Kallbachtal". The two will take you on a culinary journey in their usual approachable and refreshing way.
Marc Baum, a local wine merchant (WeinBaum) with a bachelor's degree in international wine management, will present various wines and their characteristics. Patrick Zimmer from the bakery of the same name in Sistig (bread sommelier Patrick Zimmer) will complement the wines with breads baked especially for the wine festival, which he will introduce to the audience as bread sommelier and reigning bread king.
Ludwig Werle from neighboring Sötenich will provide a good foundation by conjuring up hearty dishes to accompany the wine and bread.
In addition to the culinary highlights, guests can look forward to a professional live music show: the multi-member band Jespek Project will delight with new interpretations of funk, soul, fusion and jazz-rock songs from the 80s to the present day.
