For this extraordinary opening evening, they all come together for the first time and present a colorful array of highly entertaining crime stories from our murderous region in a scenic reading. The lectern becomes a grand crime stage when these three full-blooded actors showcase their talents! Musically accompanied by Helm van Hahm on the Crime Guitar!
Barbara Philipp has her roots in Wittlich. She is one of the versatile German actresses and has participated in numerous crime formats: Ein Fall für zwei, Bella Block, Babylon Berlin … Above all, she is known for her role as LKA administrative officer Magda Wächter alongside Ulrich Tukur as Commissioner Felix Murot in the Wiesbaden "Tatort."
Steffen Will grew up in Prüm. He attended acting school in Cologne and is known for his versatility. In addition to serious crime formats, he also shines in crime comedies. With countless roles, he is present in German television crime shows: “Wilsberg,” “Soko Köln,” “Die Nonne und der Kommissar,” and many others. He played the Bochum police chief Korthals in over a hundred episodes of the ZDF crime series “Heldt.”
Bernd Hölscher grew up in Daun and was a permanent ensemble member at the State Theatre in Kassel for over twelve years, where he played significant roles such as Woyzeck or Macbeth. Since 2016, he has been increasingly seen in film and television productions, including many crime formats: “Tatort,” “Polizeiruf 110,” “Ostfriesenschwur,” and many more. He is currently filming for the second season of the successful series “Mindfully Murdering.”
