Farmer, miller and baker Fritz - From grain to bread via the watermill.


How many steps does it take from grain to bread? In the old barn and the old farmhouse, we will consider what work is necessary for this and then get to work ourselves. We will thresh the sheaves of wheat and grind the grains in an old water mill. Finally, we will bake delicious bread rolls.

Course leader: scientific staff of the nature center.
Registration required two days in advance!

Time: 10.00-16.00
Costs: 17,50€ adults, 12,50€ children up to 14 years, 53€ family (2 adults + 2 children), plus 1€ material costs per person.
