The High Fens nature reserve in Belgium is a beautiful landscape that we discover on a challenging hike. We hike from Xhoffraix to Reinhardstein Castle, past the Robert-Ville reservoir and along paths back to Xhoffraix. Start: 10 a.m. from Bleialf market square by car to Xhoffraix in Belgium. Travel costs for passengers €7.00. Hiking distance: approx. 16 km, challenging. Recommendation: sturdy shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, backpack provisions and hiking poles.
