The Ville Lichterlauf takes place in Weilerswist for the second time. The running route is decorated with 700 atmospheric lights along the route.


Walkers, kilometer and 10-kilometer runners will start together on well-known paths through the Ville. There will be over 700 small atmospheric lights along the way to illuminate the route.
There will also be additional light installations at the kilometer markers and on the square.

All participants will receive a high-quality medal and a non-alcoholic finisher beer.

The children and schoolchildren will then start the Villelauf for kids on Sunday morning from 10:30 am. The primary school championships will also take place at the same time.
On both days, refreshments will of course be provided and visitors who do not wish to run themselves are also very welcome.
