Schall und Rauch - "Forever young", Jazz Club Wittlich

The ensemble Schall und Rauch will be performing at Casino Wittlich on 4 October 2025 at 8 p.m. with its programme ‘Forever Young’.

Songs about being young, staying young, feeling young All the supposed or actual missteps in the transition from childhood to adulthood, all the resulting worries and conflicts, but also a change of perspective in later life in the assessment of one's own parents and children are echoed in pop, rock and pop music. That's why Schall&Rauch's new programme revolves around ‘being young’ and ‘staying young’, combined with formative attitudes to life at every age. Listeners will find themselves in comparison to their own biographies, experiencing self-affirmation, memories, contradictions or new insights and perspectives. Once again, you can expect an exciting journey to your own roots with a cross-section of evergreens and one-hit wonders from German-language and international pop music.
