The international rescueDAYS are the world's largest training event for technical assistance and have been held at various locations in Germany for over 20 years.

We are organizing rescueDAYS at Bitburg airfield from 18 to 21 September in cooperation with the Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm district fire brigade association.

At rescueDAYS, over 700 participants from all over the world will be trained in technical accident rescue over four days. We invite the public to visit the event on all four days and experience technical accident rescue live in all its variations. Admission is free.

New vehicle technologies and the variety of vehicles on the road constantly present fire departments and aid organizations with new challenges. In order to be well prepared in such situations, it is important to train for various accident scenarios and to acquire knowledge about the technology used.

The training covers the areas of car, truck and bus rescue. As part of rescueDAYS, participants can learn new rescue techniques and exchange ideas with emergency services from all over the world - because technical accident rescue does not work the same way everywhere.

Training takes place on the extensive grounds of Bitburg airfield, which offers ideal conditions for holding this mega event in the field of technical accident rescue. An exciting program awaits the approximately 700 participants from all over the world
