Nature you can touch, smell and taste on a herb hike in Irsental

During a herbal hike through the Irsental, you can learn everything from the herb witch Rosi about the various uses and effects of wild herbs and medicinal plants. The herbalist knows almost everything that grows and blooms along the way. It shows where and how medicinal and useful plants can be found, how they can enrich the menu, prevent diseases and relieve aches and pains.

Afterwards it goes to Rosi's cottage garden, where she shows herbs, tea and medicinal plants. At the end there is a tasting of wild herbs, depending on the season, and recipes are given. An interesting experience in which the peculiarities of nature are deciphered.
