On August 31, 2025, a two-hour guided hike will take place in Königsfeld to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Ceramic Route. It will start at 10:00 AM at the parking lot of Volksbank Königsfeld on Dedenbacher Street. The volcanic park guide Karl Heinz Kurth will accompany the participants on the approximately 3 km long Cross and Ceramic Route, which is part of the Vinxtbach Route V.


Inspired by the numerous wayside crosses located around the district triangle of Königsfeld, Dedenbach, and Schalkenbach, eight ceramic objects have been created by the potter couple Anja and Roland Lirk from Becker on behalf of the Verbandsgemeinde Brohltal. These objects blend harmoniously into the surroundings and invite people to rest and contemplate. Participation is free of charge. Sturdy footwear and weatherproof clothing are recommended.     The traditional harvest festival  in Rockeskyll is celebrated with a varied program. A live band will provide atmosphere and good vibes on Saturday, September 21, starting at 7:30 PM in the large festival tent.
