Frank Bidot
- Born in 1952 in Hamburg
After a visit to the Tate Gallery in London, research into artistically talented
ancestors (there were also French painters in his father's side of the family named BIDOT)
and the influence of an art teacher, the desire to study painting was awakened
- 1973 Studied at WWU Münster - art, art history, philosophy and Romance studies, Philosophy and Romance Studies
- 1974 change to a private art school in Paris until the end of 1979
- Since 1977 as a freelance painter
- Since the end of the 80s until the mid 90s still only active as a freelance painter
- Since 2024 again mainly occupied with the continuation of painting

- While attending the EPG art school in Paris, various group exhibitions in
together with other students from the art school
- From 1977, exhibitions of individual works in various galleries in Paris and the surrounding area
- Permanent solo and group exhibitions Place du Tertre, Paris
