In theory and practice, from the fruit to the glass, you will follow in individual steps how a good fruit brandy is made.
Test your sensory skills and distil your own brandy as a participant on a 20 liter still.
The final tasting will reveal who has produced the "best brandy". An eventful day with "witty" experiences awaits you.
Sascha Birkenbeil from the "Onkel Otto" restaurant in Pommern will take care of your physical well-being on this day.
Maximum number of participants per seminar 15 persons.
Information on booking events:
Please note that bookings for this event are binding. Cancellation is possible up to eight days before the booked date, but cancellation fees may apply:
- If the withdrawal is made more than three weeks before the start of the event, no cancellation fees will be charged.
- If you cancel less than three weeks but more than seven weekdays before the start of the event, you will have to pay 50% of the costs as a cancellation fee.
- If the withdrawal is made 7 weekdays or less before the start of the event, the full fee must be paid.
