7th Wild Herbs Rendezvous with Christiane & Christiane.

The little herb Wohlgemuth, the fun-loving nymph Mintha and her colleagues* lift our spirits and satisfaction to new heights. Add to this the culinary enrichment, and this event is an example of mental lightness and balance in times of bad news and fears.
The literary selection, presented by actress Christiane Remmert, will also provide many a cheerful moment.

The meeting point is the "Kulturhaus theater 1". From there, a hike of around two and a half hours will start, during which wild herbs will be sighted, identified and collected.
Afterwards, a menu will be prepared in the meeting room on the second floor of the Kulturhaus using the herbs found, which is planned as follows:

Appetizer: Salad "Durchʼs wilde Unterholz"
Main course: Wild herb pesto with pasta
Dessert: Wild quark dessert
Accompanied by a freshly prepared herbal drink
