You don't have to travel the world to hear a classical concert by a world-class orchestra. The eight musicians handpicked by Russian master violinist Artiom Kononov, who come from a wide variety of countries and are now all based in Cologne, have been performing under the name "The Chambers - the virtuosos from Cologne" since 2015. The contrast between virtuously played original classical works, hits from film and pop music and their own arrangements of works originally composed for symphonic instrumentation is the trademark of the chamber ensemble.
