AVES-East Cantons: Excursion to the Upper Kall Valley near Simmerath The upper reaches of the Kall and its tributaries form a large contiguous nature reserve. In addition to the numerous breeding birds, resting migrants such as Yellow Wagtails, Wheatears, Whinchats, Grey Flycatchers and Pied Flycatchers can be observed at the beginning of the migration season. If the weather is favourable, you can also find numerous insects. The guided tour in german language will take place on Sunday, 25 June 2023 from 09:00 to 13:00.
