Traditional price skat of the spa administration

Every Thursday starting at 7 p.m., anyone interested can participate in the prize skat organized by the spa administration, even without registration. The spa house in Manderscheid offers a pleasant and bright atmosphere for the skat game. The recording of the results is up to date. Instead of the previously common handwritten lists, tablets are now used.

The rules: The entry fee is eight euros per participant. Seven euros are used as prize money, and the remaining euro goes into the Grand-Ouvert jackpot.

The Grand-Ouvert is the rarely played "King's game" in skat. The solo player must play a Grand-Hand with open cards in the winning levels "Schneider" and "Schwarz." This means he must not give away any tricks. Those lucky enough to win this game can certainly hope for a three-digit amount of money from the jackpot.
