We are a small, family-run farm in the beautiful Eifel near Hellenthal. The mountainous landscape with meadows rich in herbs make the area ideal for happy goats and a mineral-rich, tasty milk. We attach great importance to quality. That is why our cheese is made from 100% goat milk and contains neither flavor enhancers nor preservatives.
