Yoga at the Rursee, the morning mood in nature, the first rays of sunshine of the day and the twittering of birds - how could you start the day even better? Are you in the mood for this very start to Sunday? Then you are cordially invited to attend the morning yoga class. The lesson is aimed at everyone who feels like doing yoga in the morning, regardless of whether they are beginners or advanced. We gently wake up our body and mind in the middle of nature and allow time for ourselves, before we start the day refreshed and full of energy.
The morning yoga course is also wonderfully suitable as a basic for the subsequent SUP yoga course.
Experience the special feeling of SUP yoga (stand-up paddling yoga) on the Rursee. We practice yoga on a SUP board in the middle of the water.
Our deep muscles are intensely addressed and challenged by the gentle movements of the floating board. Nature and a fresh breeze on your nose make it easier for the mind to switch off and relax. A wonderful combination of strength and relaxation for body and mind. Both beginners and advanced learners are encouraged in 60 minutes of SUP yoga. Do you have your own board? Great, just bring it with you! However, there is one requirement for participation: You have to be able to swim.
