Today you are a stonedetective! In the Naturkundemuseum you get to know the three mainstones basalt, dolomite and limestone. You will also learn what kind of minerals and fossils you can find in this stones.
Then we start into the nature along the river Kyll and the rocks of Gerolstein to the geological field.

With the instinct of a detective you will find the different types of stones. The program is about hammered, cleaned and crumbled the stones. And at the end every detective receives his own mineral!

Please note: The program starts at the Naturkundemuseum and ends of this programm is the geological field next to the castle Kasselburg.
